Hoya variegated has green and white leaves that form on cascade-like, rope-like tendrils, which makes this Hoya perfect as a hanging plant or for hanging down from the window sills. When it ripens, Hoya carnosa Variegated will eventually produce beautiful clusters of star-shaped pink flowers.
